Hi Fellow Vendors,
Once again, it's time to set up our schedules for this year's shows. The committee of the 43 rd National Coho Salmon Festival, Inc., invites you to apply to the fair to be held in Maley Park in Honor, Michigan. This is an outside fair, so plan accordingly.
Advertising : We are committed to timely print ads in local and regional newspapers, calendar of events, Internet sites, public service announcements, lists in print, broadcasting and Michigan Tourist publications, as well as various visitor centers at rest stops throughout Michigan.
Dates/Hours : Saturday and Sunday, August 22 nd . & 23 rd .fair will be open from 10 AM to 5 PM for sales, or later if you wish. You may choose to set up early on Friday starting at noon and sell on all three days if you wish, or just Sat.,& Sun., or any combination of days.
Registration & Setup Time : to be included in your confirmation letter.
MEDIA: Arts & Crafts & Food Vendors.
Flea Market vendors are in a separate part of the park.
In fairness to all, the committee has the right to exclude any work considered inappropriate or not consistent with the family atmosphere of the National Coho Salmon Festival, Inc.
Confirmation : Confirmation letters will be sent out as the application letters are received, on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, it is to your advantage to apply early, as it increases your chance of becoming an exhibitor.
Deadline : When spaces are filled.
Refunds: No refunds after August 1, 2009.
